1. Sales and Applicability
Intercom Store is part of Livestream Facilities. Livestream Facilities includes Intercom Store and Livestream Rental. Intercom Store operates primarily as a Business-to-Business (B2B) supplier. We also sell to private customers, however exclusively under the same terms and conditions as for business customers. By placing an order, you explicitly agree to these business terms and conditions. Consumer protection laws applicable to B2C transactions therefore do not apply to purchases made through our store.
2. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by Intercom Store. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. An order is only confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us, and only becomes final upon receipt of full payment. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice until an order is confirmed.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made according to the payment terms specified on your invoice. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments. Ownership of goods remains with Intercom Store until full payment has been received.
4. Returns Policy
As a B2B supplier, we generally do not accept returns. Products can only be returned after prior written agreement with Intercom Store. Any approved returns must be in original, factory-sealed packaging and in resalable condition. Returns are subject to a restocking fee. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for return. Please contact us before returning any product to obtain a return authorization.
5. Warranty and Repairs
All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as provided by the original brand. Warranty claims and repairs are handled in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms and conditions. Repair requests can be submitted through Intercom Store or directly to the manufacturer where applicable. We will facilitate the warranty process but are not responsible for warranty decisions made by manufacturers. Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control. Additional shipping charges may apply for expedited delivery or special handling requirements.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products. We make no warranties beyond those provided by the original manufacturer.
8. Intellectual Property
All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners. Use of these names, logos, and brands does not imply endorsement. All content on this website is property of Intercom Store or its licensors and is protected by copyright law.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We process your business data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Your information will be used for order processing, communication, and improving our services. We do not sell or share your information with third parties except as necessary to fulfill your orders.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.
